Who we are

This website and our applications are operated by Doccon Solutions AB (org. no. 559319-3948), Lingonstigen 8, 573 36 Tranås, Sweden. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect

• Contact information: if you use the contact form on this website, we process your name, email address, company name (if you give one) and the content of your message in order to respond. The same applies if you email us directly. Form submissions are delivered to us by email and are not stored in a database on this website.
• Website analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the website is used. It collects anonymous, aggregated data (such as pages visited, referrer, country and device type) and does not use cookies or track you across websites.
• Our applications: data processed by a specific app is described in that app's own privacy information. Where an app has no separate notice, this policy applies.

Legal basis and purpose

We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Correspondence is processed based on our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and, where relevant, to enter into or perform a contract. Analytics are processed based on our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the website.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example Swedish accounting rules).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements: Vercel hosts this website and provides its analytics, and Resend delivers messages sent through the contact form to our inbox. Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA, in which case appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses are used.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Contact us at hej@doccon.se. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se).
